📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us
If you’d like to return or exchange your Lungora™ product, simply email us at support@lungora.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll take care of the rest and provide return instructions.

No Return Slips Required
Lungora packages do not include return labels or slips. Just contact us to get started — it's fast and hassle-free.


🔄 Return Policy

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If more time has passed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5–10 business days.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you received something different than what you ordered, email us at support@lungora.com right away. We’ll make sure the correct product gets to you as soon as possible.

Not Satisfied with Your Product?

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lungora™ device, here’s how to return it:

Packaging Instructions:

  • Place the item securely in a shipping box.

  • Remove or cover old shipping labels/barcodes.

  • Affix the new mailing label (we’ll provide it).

  • Drop it off at your local post office or shipping carrier.

 Faulty or Damaged Product?

If your Lungora™ device arrived damaged or isn’t working properly, contact us at support@lungora.com before returning it. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide a replacement or full refund — usually at no extra cost to you.
