All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Special Process Products:
For select items that require additional processing, delivery times may extend to 5–15 days. Any extended timeframes will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship to most international destinations. If your country or region is not supported, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be applied once the package reaches your country.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modify Order/Address:
Need to make changes? Contact us at support@lungora.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details before processing begins.
Cancel Order:
Cancellations must be requested before 7:00 PM (GMT) on the same day of purchase. If your order is already in transit, you can refuse delivery. Once returned to us, we’ll process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and photos of the item. We'll resolve the issue quickly — often with a full refund or replacement.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
